اَلنَّفْرِ اَلْأَوَّلِ قَالَ لَهُ «أَنْ يَنْفِرَ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ أَنْ تَصْفَرَّ اَلشَّمْسُ فَإِنْ هُوَ لَمْ يَنْفِرْ حَتَّى يَكُونَ عِنْدَ غُرُوبِهَا فَلاَ يَنْفِرْ وَ لْيَبِتْ بِمِنًى حَتَّى إِذَا أَصْبَحَ فَطَلَعَتِ اَلشَّمْسُ فَلْيَنْفِرْ مَتَى شَاءَ.

ابو بصیر نے ان سے پوچھا: پہلی روانگی میں ایک آدمی کے جانے کے بارے میں۔ انہوں نے اسے کہا: "وہ اس وقت روانہ ہو سکتا ہے جو اس اور اس وقت کے درمیان ہو جب سورج زرد ہو جائے۔ اگر وہ اس وقت تک روانہ نہ ہو جب سورج غروب کے قریب ہو، تو اسے روانہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے اور اسے منیٰ میں رات گزارنی چاہیے۔ پھر جب صبح ہو اور سورج طلوع ہو جائے، تو وہ جب چاہے روانہ ہو سکتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.3022 - Abu Basir asked Imam Abu Abdullah (as) about a person leaving during the first departure (nafr al-awwal). Imam (as) replied: "He may leave anytime between now and when the sun begins to turn yellow. However, if he does not depart until the time of sunset approaches, then he should not leave. Instead, he should stay the night in Mina, and when morning comes and the sun has risen, he may then depart whenever he wishes."
