: "تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ اَلْعَبْدِ اَلْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى اَلْحُرِّ اَلْمُسْلِمِ ".

اور الحسن ابن محبوب نے العلاء سے، محمد ابن مسلم سے، ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: مسلمان غلام کی شہادت آزاد مسلمان کے خلاف جائز ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.3284 - And Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Al-Alaa, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as): "The testimony of a Muslim slave is valid against a free Muslim."
