"لاَ بَأْسَ إِذَا أَوْفَاهُ اَلْوَزْنَ اَلَّذِي اُشْتُرِطَ عَلَيْهِ".

ابو الصباح الکِنانی نے ان سے پوچھا: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو دوسرے شخص سے سو من پیتل خریدتا ہے، جبکہ بیچنے والے کے پاس وہ چیز نہیں تھی جو اس سے خریدی گئی تھی۔ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: "کوئی حرج نہیں، اگر وہ اس کو وہ وزن دے جو اس پر شرط کیا گیا تھا۔"
Translation
Hadith.4020 - Abu al-Sabbah al-Kinani asked Imam (as) about a man who bought one hundred mann of brass for a specified price, while the seller did not possess the quantity sold at the time of the transaction. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm as long as he delivers the specified weight that was agreed upon."
