اَلضُّرُوعِ فَقَالَ "لاَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَحْلُبَ لَكَ مِنْهُ سُكُرُّجَةً فَتَقُولُ أَشْتَرِي مِنْكَ هَذَا اَللَّبَنَ اَلَّذِي فِي اَلسُّكُرُّجَةِ وَ مَا فِي ضُرُوعِهَا بِثَمَنٍ مُسَمًّى فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي اَلضُّرُوعِ شَيْءٌ كَانَ فِيمَا فِي اَلسُّكُرُّجَةِ".

سماعہ نے ان سے پوچھا کہ کیا دودھ کو اس وقت خریدنا جائز ہے جب وہ ابھی بھی دودھ دینے والے حصے میں ہو؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "نہیں، جب تک کہ وہ تمہارے لیے اس میں سے کچھ دودھ چھوٹے برتن میں نہ دوہ لے، پھر تم کہو: میں تم سے یہ دودھ خریدتا ہوں جو اس چھوٹے برتن میں ہے اور جو اس کے دودھ دینے والے حصے میں ہے معین قیمت پر۔ اگر دودھ دینے والے حصے میں کچھ نہ ہو تو قیمت اس چھوٹے برتن میں موجود دودھ کی ہوگی۔"
Translation
Hadith.3831 - Samaah asked him about purchasing milk while it is still in the udders. Imam (as) said: "No, unless he milks some of it into a small vessel (sukurjah) for you, and then you say, 'I purchase from you this milk that is in the vessel and what is in its udders for a specified price.' If there is nothing in the udders, then the sale applies to what is in the vessel."
