Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih 4103

اردو

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے صَفْوَان بْن یَحْییٰ الجَمَّال سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام کو فرماتے سنا: جو کوئی گم شدہ چیز پائے اور اسے ظاہر نہ کرے، پھر وہ اس کے پاس پائی جائے، تو وہ اس کے مالک کی ہے، اور جو اس نے چھپائی ہے اس کے مال میں اس کے برابر کا حصہ واجب ہے۔

Translation

Hadith.4052 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Safwan ibn Yahya al-Jammal that he heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "Whoever finds lost property and does not announce it, then it is later found in his possession, it must be returned to its owner, and he must also pay an equivalent amount from his own wealth for having concealed it."
