اَلرَّجُلِ يَرْهَنُ عِنْدَ اَلرَّجُلِ اَلرَّهْنَ فَيُصِيبُهُ تَوًى أَوْ ضَاعَ قَالَ "يَرْجِعُ بِمَالِهِ عَلَيْهِ".

اور حماد نے الحلبی سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص جو دوسرے شخص کے پاس گروی رکھتا ہے اور وہ گروی تباہ ہو جائے یا گم ہو جائے، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "وہ اپنا مال اس سے واپس لے سکتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.4110 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding a man who pledged a security with another man, and the security was destroyed or lost. Imam (as) said: "He may reclaim his money from him."
