: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَتَزَوَّجُ اَلْوَلَدَ اَلزِّنَى فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ مَخَافَةَ اَلْعَارِ وَ إِنَّمَا اَلْوَلَدُ لِلصُّلْبِ وَ إِنَّمَا اَلْمَرْأَةُ وِعَاءٌ، " قَالَ قُلْتُ فَالرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي اَلْجَارِيَةَ اَلْوَلَدَ اَلزِّنَى فَيَطَؤُهَا قَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ".

ثعلبہ ابن میمون نے عبداللہ ابن ہلال سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو زنا سے پیدا ہونے والی لڑکی سے شادی کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "کوئی حرج نہیں۔ یہ صرف شرم و عار کے خوف سے مکروہ سمجھا جاتا ہے۔ بے شک بچہ نطفہ کا ہے، اور عورت صرف ایک برتن ہے۔" انہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے کہا، پھر وہ شخص جو زنا سے پیدا ہونے والی بندہ خریدتا ہے اور اس کے ساتھ تعلق رکھتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "کوئی حرج نہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.4485 - Thalabah ibn Maymun narrated from Abdullah ibn Hilal, who said: I asked Abu Abdillah (as) about a man who marries a child born of fornication. He (as) said: "There is no harm in it. It is only disliked due to the fear of disgrace. Indeed, the child belongs to the father, and the woman is merely a vessel." I said: What about a man who buys a bondwoman born of fornication and has relations with her? He (as) said: "There is no harm in it."
