اور عمار بن موسی السباتی نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس کے خلاف تین آدمیوں نے گواہی دی کہ اس نے ایک عورت کے ساتھ زنا کیا ہے، اور چوتھے نے گواہی دی کہ وہ نہیں جانتا کہ اس نے کس کے ساتھ زنا کیا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اس پر حد نافذ نہیں کی جائے گی، نہ اسے سنگسار کیا جائے گا۔" اور ان سے ایک محصنہ عورت کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جو حاملہ ہوتے ہوئے زنا کر گئی۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اسے چھوڑ دیا جائے جب تک کہ وہ اپنے پیٹ میں جو ہے اسے جنم دے اور اپنے بچے کو دودھ پلائے، پھر اسے سنگسار کیا جائے۔"

Translation

Hadith.5035 - It is narrated from Ammar ibn Musa Al-Sabati that Abu Abdullah (as) said: I asked Imam (as) about a man against whom three men testified that he had committed adultery with a certain woman, but the fourth witness testified that he did not know with whom the man had committed adultery. Imam (as) replied: "He is neither to be punished with lashes nor stoned." Imam (as) was also asked about a married woman who committed adultery and was pregnant. Imam (as) said: "She should be kept until she gives birth to what is in her womb and nurses her child, then she is to be stoned."
