: "فِي اَلْمُكَاتَبَيْنِ إِذَا فَجَرَا يُضْرَبَانِ مِنَ اَلْحَدِّ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّيَا مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِمَا حَدَّ اَلْحُرِّ وَ يُضْرَبَانِ اَلْبَاقِيَ حَدَّ اَلْمَمْلُوكِ".

اور عَبّاد ابن کثیر البصری نے جعفر ابن محمد علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: دو مکتب غلاموں کے بارے میں، اگر وہ زنا کریں تو انہیں ان کی ادا کردہ مکتب کی رقم کے مطابق آزاد شخص کے حد کے مطابق مارا جائے گا، اور باقی کے لیے غلام کے حد کے مطابق سزا دی جائے گی۔
Translation
Hadith.5059 - Abbad bin Kathir Al-Basri narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), who said: "For mukatab slaves (contracted for emancipation), if they commit fornication, they are to be lashed in proportion to what they have paid towards their emancipation with the punishment of a free person, and for the remaining portion, they are lashed with the punishment of a slave."
