اَلرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي اَلْبَهِيمَةَ قَالَ "يُجْلَدُ دُونَ اَلْحَدِّ وَ يُغْرَمُ قِيمَةَ اَلْبَهِيمَةِ لِصَاحِبِهَا لِأَنَّهُ أَفْسَدَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَ تُذْبَحُ وَ تُحْرَقُ وَ تُدْفَنُ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّا يُرْكَبُ ظَهْرُهُ أُغْرِمَ قِيمَتَهَا وَ جُلِدَ دُونَ اَلْحَدِّ وَ أَخْرَجَهَا مِنَ اَلْمَدِينَةِ اَلَّتِي فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ بِهَا إِلَى بِلاَدٍ أُخْرَى حَيْثُ لاَ تُعْرَفُ فَيَبِيعُهَا فِيهَا كَيْ لاَ يُعَيَّرَ بِهَا".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے اِسحٰق بْن جَرِیر سے، جو سَدیر سے اور وہ ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں: ایک شخص کے جانور کے ساتھ جنسی تعلق کے بارے میں، انہوں نے فرمایا: اسے حد سے کم سزا دی جائے گی اور جانور کی قیمت اس کے مالک کو ادا کرنی ہوگی کیونکہ اس نے اسے خراب کیا ہے۔ اگر وہ جانور گوشت کے لیے ہے تو اسے ذبح کیا جائے گا، جلا دیا جائے گا اور دفن کیا جائے گا۔ اگر وہ سواری کے لیے ہے تو اس کی قیمت ادا کی جائے گی، حد سے کم سزا دی جائے گی، اور اسے اس شہر سے باہر لے جایا جائے گا جہاں یہ عمل ہوا ہے، کسی دوسرے علاقے میں جہاں اسے نہ پہچانا جائے، پھر وہاں بیچ دیا جائے گا تاکہ اس سے بدنامی نہ ہو۔
Translation
Hadith.5060 - Al-Hasan bin Mahbub narrated from Ishaq bin Jarir from Sadeer from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) was asked about a man who engages in intercourse with an animal. Imam (as) said: "He is to be lashed with a punishment less than the prescribed limit and must compensate the owner for the value of the animal because he has corrupted it for him. If it is an animal whose meat is consumed, it must be slaughtered, burned, and buried. If it is an animal that is ridden, he must pay its value, be lashed with a punishment less than the prescribed limit, and take it out of the city where he committed the act to another land where it is not known, and sell it there so that he is not disgraced by it."
