: "قَطَعَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي بَيْضَةِ حَدِيدٍ وَ فِي جُنَّةٍ وَزْنُهَا ثَمَانِيَةٌ وَ ثَلاَثُونَ رِطْلاً".

سعد بن طریف نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: علی علیہ السلام نے لوہے کے خول اور ایک ڈھال کے معاملے میں کٹوتی کا حکم دیا، جس کا وزن اٹھتیس رطل تھا۔
Translation
Hadith.5101 - Sa'd ibn Tarif narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ordered the cutting off of a hand for stealing an iron helmet and for a shield that weighed thirty-eight ratl (a unit of weight)."
