اَلرَّجُلِ يَقَعُ عَلَى اَلرَّجُلِ فَيَقْتُلُهُ فَمَاتَ اَلْأَعْلَى قَالَ "لاَ شَيْءَ عَلَى اَلْأَسْفَلِ".

اور ابن فضال نے ابن بُکیر سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص دوسرے شخص پر گر کر اسے مار دیتا ہے، اور اوپر والا مر جاتا ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: "نیچے والے پر کوئی ذمہ داری نہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.5193 - Ibn Faddal narrated from Ibn Bukayr from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who falls upon another man and kills him, and the one on top dies. Imam (as) said: "There is no liability upon the one below."
