5238 - : "وَ قَضَى عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي رَجُلٍ أَمَرَ عَبْدَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ رَجُلاً فَقَالَ "وَ هَلْ عَبْدُ اَلرَّجُلِ إِلاَّ كَسَيْفِهِ وَ سَوْطِهِ يُقْتَلُ اَلسَّيِّدُ بِهِ وَ يُسْتَوْدَعُ اَلْعَبْدُ اَلسِّجْنَ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ" ".

اور آپ علیہ السلام نے ایک شخص کے بارے میں حکم دیا جس نے اپنے غلام کو کسی کو قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا، اور آپ نے فرمایا: کیا ایک آدمی کا غلام اس کے تلوار اور کوڑے کے سوا کچھ ہے؟ مالک اس کے لیے قتل کیا جاتا ہے، اور غلام کو قید میں رکھا جاتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ مر جائے۔
Translation
Hadith.5238 - Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled in the case of a man who commanded his servant to kill another man. Imam (as) said: "Is not a man's servant like his sword and his whip? The master shall be executed for the crime, and the servant shall be imprisoned until he dies."
