5291 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ أَمِيرَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَضَى فِي اَلصُّلْبِ إِذَا اِنْكَسَرَ اَلدِّيَةَ".

اور اَلسَّکُونِی کی روایت میں: کہ امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے بارے میں فیصلہ دیا کہ اگر وہ ٹوٹ جائے تو دیہ واجب ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5291 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled that if the spine is broken, the full blood money (diya) is due.
