: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي اَلثَّانِيَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى إِلَيَّ وَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعْطِيَ عَمّاً لَهُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ شَيْئاً فَمَاتَ اَلْعَمُّ فَكَتَبَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "أَعْطِ وَرَثَتَهُ".

ʿAmr ibn Saʿīd al-Madāʾinī نے Muḥammad ibn ʿUmar al-Sābāṭī سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو جعفر سے، یعنی دوسرے، علیہ السلام، ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے مجھے اپنا وصی مقرر کیا تھا اور مجھے حکم دیا تھا کہ ہر سال اس کے چچا کو کچھ دوں، پھر چچا فوت ہو گیا۔ تو انہوں نے، علیہ السلام، لکھا: "اس کے وارثوں کو دے دو۔"
Translation
Hadith.5488 - Amr ibn Sa'id Al-Mada'ini narrated from Muhammad ibn Umar Al-Sabati who said: I asked Abu Ja'far Al-Thani (as), (the second (as)), about a man who had appointed me as his executor and instructed to give something to his uncle every year. The uncle then passed away. Abu Jafar (as) wrote in response: "Give it to his heirs."
