: "اِنْقِطَاعُ يُتْمِ اَلْيَتِيمِ اَلاِحْتِلاَمُ وَ هُوَ أَشُدُّهُ وَ إِنِ اِحْتَلَمَ وَ لَمْ يُؤْنَسْ مِنْهُ رُشْدُهُ وَ كَانَ سَفِيهاً أَوْ ضَعِيفاً فَلْيُمْسِكْ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ مَالَهُ".

منصور ابن حازم نے ہشام سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: یتیم کی یتیمی کی حالت کا اختتام بلوغ ہے، اور یہی اس کی مکمل طاقت ہے۔ لیکن اگر وہ بلوغ کو پہنچ جائے اور اس میں کوئی صحیح عقل مندی ظاہر نہ ہو، اور وہ نادان یا کمزور ہو، تو اس کا ولی اس کا مال اس سے روک لے۔
Translation
Hadith.5517 - Mansur ibn Hazim narrated from Hisham from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "The end of an orphan's state of orphanhood is marked by reaching puberty, and that is when he reaches his full strength. However, if he reaches puberty but no sign of maturity is observed in him, and he is foolish or weak-minded, then his guardian should withhold his wealth from him."
