: قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ أَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِوَصِيَّةٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ ثُلُثٍ أَوْ رُبُعٍ فَيُقْتَلُ اَلرَّجُلُ خَطَأً يَعْنِي اَلْمُوصِيَ فَقَالَ "تُجَازُ لِهَذَا اَلْوَصِيَّةُ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ ".

عاصم بن حمید نے محمد بن قیص سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ان سے کہا: ایک شخص نے دوسرے شخص کو اپنی مالیت میں سے وصیت کی، ایک تہائی یا ایک چوتھائی، پھر وہ شخص غلطی سے قتل ہو جاتا ہے، یعنی وصیت کنندہ۔ تو انہوں نے کہا: "یہ وصیت اس کے مال سے اور اس کی دیہ سے پوری کی جائے گی۔"
Translation
Hadith.5536 - Asim ibn Humayd narrated from Muhammad ibn Qays, who said: I asked Imam (as) about a man who bequeathed a portion of his wealth - a third or a fourth - to another man. Then, the man (the testator) was mistakenly killed. Imam (as) said: "The will is to be executed from his wealth and from his blood money (diyyah)."
