اور ایک اور روایت میں: ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جس نے اپنی دولت کا ایک تہائی حصہ وصیت میں دیا، اور پھر غلطی سے مارا گیا۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اس کی دیہ کا ایک تہائی اس کی وصیت میں شامل ہے۔"

Translation

Hadith.5537 - In another narration, Abu Abdullah (as), was asked about a man who had bequeathed one-third of his wealth and was then killed by mistake. Imam (as) said: "One-third of his blood money (diyyah) is included in his bequest."
