: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمَخْلُوعِ يَتَبَرَّأُ مِنْهُ أَبُوهُ عِنْدَ اَلسُّلْطَانِ وَ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ وَ جَرِيرَتِهِ لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ فَقَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "هُوَ لِأَقْرَبِ اَلنَّاسِ إِلَى أَبِيهِ".

صفوان ابن یحیی نے ابن مسکان سے روایت کی، ابو بصیر سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ان سے اس بیٹے کے بارے میں پوچھا جسے اس کا باپ حکام کے سامنے رد کر دیتا ہے اور اپنی وراثت اور ذمہ داری سے انکار کرتا ہے۔ میں نے پوچھا: اس کی وراثت کس کے لیے ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: علی علیہ السلام نے فرمایا، "یہ اس کے والد کے سب سے قریبی رشتہ دار کے لیے ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5674 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Basir, who said: I asked Imam (as) about a disowned son (makhlooh) whose father publicly renounces him before the authorities and disclaims both his inheritance and responsibility for his actions. I asked: "Who inherits from him (the father)?" Imam (as) replied: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled: 'His inheritance goes to the closest relatives of his father.'"
